Kelly Rowland may critique contestants on The X Factor these days.

But she has nothing negative to say about Tim Witherspoon. Because the singer and her manager are engaged! To be married!!!

"She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy," an insider tells Us Weekly. "She wants to...enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer."

Rowland was spotted with a giant rock on her singer in a friend's Instagram video just a few days ago - and now the world knows why.

This union will mark the first marriage for Rowland, who was engaged to NFL player Roy Williams in 2005. But the couple broke several months before their planned nuptials.

Kelly said later that she was simply "too young" to wed at the time.
