The former Miss New York and the musician married in 2004. He filed for a divorce amidst rumors of infidelity in 2006. The couple was seen back together a couple months later until Moakler announced nearly a year later that they were over. Two weeks later? Back together. And so on. As of April 2009, reps for both parties say that the couple have indeed split, although three weeks later the same representatives added that the possibility of a future reconciliation has not been ruled out.
