There's always food, and there's always traditional cultural dancing at the Chinese Festival south of Hockessin, but this year there's a very special exhibit.

Ta-Chen Mo is the chair of the this year's festival.

"85 very rare Chinese ancient jade and numerous beautiful posters. The exhibit will be an informative introduction to some quintessential early Chinese jade culture objects," says Mo.

Don't forget to try the traditional Chinese cuisine.

"Barbecue beef and the barbecue chicken, and also Chinese sausage, I bet if you try it you will definitely love it," says Mo.

The festival kicks off Friday at 5 p.m. and runs through Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Chinese-American Community Center in Hockessin. You'll find WDEL's Allan Loudell their Friday night doing his trivia thing.
