Owners, Mark and Velile Nkolomi, opened Zulu Wings & Deli in the spring of 2011, with a vision of creating a unique dining experience. With a background and roots in Southern Africa, they crafted a menu that infuses every dish with exotic flavors, bold tastes, artfully prepared and served with pride.

 

Already successful entrepreneurs in various endeavors, now, as Texan residents, Mark and Velile wish to introduce people to fine, traditional, and modern Southern African dishes. They share a passion for perfection and for great food. Every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients, and served with love.
