Noir by Tom Ford is a Aromatic Spicy fragrance for men. This is a new fragrance.Noir was launched in 2012. Top notes are bergamot, verbena, caraway, pink pepper and violet; middle notes are black pepper, nutmeg, tuscan iris, geranium, bulgarian rose and clary sage; base notes are opoponax, amber, indonesian patchouli leaf, vetiver, civet and vanilla. Undoubtedly Tom Ford has managed to create some of the very good fragrances but i dont know why he has been persistently experimenting, dont know its only me or some body else has noticed that this brand is focusing more on being inspired rather than being innovative as a result i find Noir which is definetely inspired by classic habit rouge and dior homme intense(both i love).

The fragrance it self is definitely feminine , imposing it to be masculine , nothing new , nothing original but a sweet candy (amber overdosed.)
