JAMBU™ brand was established in 1992, spearheaded by Founder and Design Director, Tengku Marina Ibrahim and has since gained the experience to form its own unique method of design. PINK JAMBU™ creates artistic designs that are hand-painted on to a canvas of fabrics and then transformed into various forms and functions from apparels to home accessories to accent pieces.

‘Nature’ is the central theme of design, capturing the movement of nature as seen through the eyes of our designers thus illustrated through distinctive motifs and colours that are apparent in every piece. The use of different types of fabrics such as silk, chiffon and cotton play a vital role in enhancing the beauty of each design or product. Therefore every piece can be reckoned as a unique masterpiece.

Contemporary Batik is the main basis of PINK JAMBU™ designs and products. which is marked differently from the more traditional and formal styles of batik, with reduced elaboration and minute detail, its simplicity that generates a sense of harmony and illustrates the very essence of beauty. Batik is a traditional art form with a history dating back almost 2000 years. Batik has become a central means of artistic expression for many areas of Asia and is a deeply integrated facet of Asian culture.
