Effective December 2, Iana dos Reis Nunes will join Coach Inc. as the vice president of public relations, which is a newly created role.

Dos Reis Nunes comes to Coach from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's clothing label, The Row, WWD reported. At The Row, dos Reis Nunes has served as vice president of global communication since August 2012.

Prior to working at The Row, dos Reis Nunes spent two-and-a-half years as the executive director of public relations atChanelInc. She also worked as the public relations director for Louis VuittonNorth America.

While employed at Coach, dos Reis Nunes will report to Jason Weisenfeld, who is the company's senior vice president ofglobal brand communications.

Sandra Hill, who is the executive vice president of women'sdesign at Coach, is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Additionally, Stuart Vevers recently took over the creative helm of the company as Coach's executivecreative director.

These staff shakeups aren't the only changes going on at Coach though.
Last month, the luxury label debuted its new holiday collection online, whichfor the first time ever included clothing.

This transition into women's ready-to-wear is part of the brand's plan to transform itself into a full-service lifestyle brand.

"Instead of designing accessories to fill a need, we're thinking more about the woman, who she is, where she goes, what is her life like and how does it feel; to move Coach from ... where you think of a Coach bag, to now when you think of Coach, you will think of a woman or a man and you think of their lifestyle," Reed Krakoff, president and executive creative director of Coach told WWD earlier this year.

On Coach's website, the collection is described as "sophisticated, with a sense of ease. Inspired by the city we've always called home. Get dressed with our new collection of modern essentials."
