Orrstown Financial Services, Inc.'s and its subsidiary, Orrstown Bank, provide a full range of consumer and business financial services through 21 banking offices and two remote service facilities located in Cumberland, Franklin, and Perry Counties of Pennsylvania and Washington County, Maryland. Branches are located in Shippensburg (2), Carlisle (5), Spring Run, Orrstown, Chambersburg (3), Greencastle, Mechanicsburg (2), Newport (2), Duncannon, New Bloomfield, and Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Orrstown is engaged in commercial banking and trust business as authorized by the Pennsylvania Banking Code of 1965. This involves accepting demand, time and savings deposits and granting loans. The Bank grants agribusiness, commercial and residential loans to customers in South Central Pennsylvania, principally Franklin and Cumberland Counties.

Since our founding in 1919, our primary mission has been to provide exemplary banking service to the citizens located in the communities we serve. This philosophy continues to be a driving force today. Our directors and management have built a reputation of conservative soundness that has served our customers and shareholders well.

For over 60 years, we operated from a single location. In 1981, we opened our first branch in Shippensburg. Then, a few years later, a second branch. Branches continued to sprout up in new markets across Central Pennsylvania. In 2006, we acquired The First National Bank of Newport in Perry County.

On April 28th, 2009, we became a publicly traded company, listed under the symbol “ORRF.” On October 19th, 2009, we had the distinct honor of ringing the closing bell at NASDAQ's MarketSite Times Square Studio.

Today, we operate 21 branches in Cumberland, Franklin, and Perry Counties in Pennsylvania and Washington County, Maryland. We provide a full range of personal and business financial services. We’ve also been recognized through the years as a top performing community bank; nevertheless, what continues to inspire us is that simple “customer-first” philosophy.
