Mr. Gerber is the Managing Member of the General Partner of Hudson Bay, which he founded in 2005 after successfully operating Gerber Asset Management, a proprietary investment firm. Mr. Gerber has over 19 years of experience in trading securities and derivatives across a broad range of investment strategies. His past experience includes being an options market maker at the American Stock Exchange as well as a stint as a management consultant at Bain & Co. Mr. Gerber is an honors graduate of theWharton School and College at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Finance and Humanistic Philosophy.
