Jason Reese is the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Capital Group LLC, a full-service investment bank serving institutional investors and middle-market corporations. Reese, who is responsible for managing ICG′s overall operations, is a member of Imperial Capital′s Executive, Management and Investment Committees. Before founding ICG in 1997, Reese was a managing director at its predecessor firm, where he managed the corporate finance and real estate groups. Reese also has served as a principal of Gordon Investment Corporation, where he focused on investing in distressed real estate transactions, high-yield securities and leveraged buyouts, and worked in the corporate finance group at PaineWebber. He is a member of the Yale Tomorrow Capital Campaign Executive Committee and a Sterling Fellow. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Yale University.
