Newly filed court documents show Jennifer Allen won't recant: her attorneys say she's sticking with her story, and are prepared to fight back in an impending libel case from TechCrunch founder and VC powerhouse Mike Arrington.

Allen "undertook to smear" Arrington "on the internet, to destroy his reputation, and to deter third persons from associating with him," all because she felt "betrayed and slighted."
Allen cost Arrington over $75,000 in damages.

Allen's rape claims place Arrington in a "false light" with the public.
