The Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres wedding was one of the most beautiful weddingevents I've ever witnessed.. unfortunately only through photos!

These are the first pictures of a wedding where I've actually thought 'what a fairytale!', just look at the photos!

Ellen chose a very unique style of wedding attire. She chose a white and ivory suit complete with ivory pants, a sheer white shirt and an ivory vest custom made by Zac Posen. If you think about it, this suits Ellen right down to a tee. It's unique, it's quirky, it's still very romantic, but it expresses her own personal individuality. I love it!

Portia wore Zac Posen as well. She chose a ballerina-style wedding gown with romantic flair but also oozed the essence of her womanhood.

Dusty pink in colour, the gown was a backless halter with an ivory bodice. If you had to 'type' the gown it would fit into the princess style category. The skirt fell from the hip line where there was ruched ribbon joining the bodice and skirt.

Both Ellen and Portia chose to keep the accessories to a minimum. Portia chose to wear only diamond earrings, a bracelet and a fern hair piece. No veils were worn, it was very simple and sleek.

Ellen and Portia made their day as special as they could by celebrating their love for each other - with amazing style - in a very intimate way with their guests.
