Before she was the reality star that we know and love today, Kim married this music producer when she was just 19 years old. Divorce court documents claimed abuse, but last year, Thomas denied that any abuse ever took place. She's famous now, making her story way more believable.

Who: Ray J
What: Sexy Time On Display, 2006-07
Most of the world remembers this relationship, um, vividly. We got to see all sorts of both parties during their on-again, off-again relationship, and while she can claim embarrassment, the sex tape is what put her on the map. Plus, she reportedly made $5 million for the tape, which was, in our opinion, way hotter than the Paris Hilton tape, so we would consider it an all-around win.

Who: Nick Cannon
What: "Wild 'n Out," 2006
Before he was fathering Mariah Carey's twins, Cannon was quite the playboy. The actor-comedian spent a solid few months with Kim, parading around town to red carpets in L.A. and Las Vegas. He wasn't a fan of the Ray J sex tape, though, so the couple eventually called it quits.

Who: Nick Lachey
What: Divorced Buddies, 2006
Fresh off his reality show breakup with Jessica Simpson, Lachey bonded with the fellow divorcee and future reality star at a party for then-Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart. They hit the L.A. club scene and the movies like a real couple, but in the end, it seemed Lachey came up a little short in winning over Kim.

Who: Reggie Bush
What: The Real Deal, 2007-10
"The Bush and The Tush," as the couple was appropriately named, was the relationship that fans of her show figured would stand the test of time. Although it wasn't meant to be, Bush is still hanging on, currently dating a Kim K lookalike and reportedly begging Kardashian to call off her wedding. We smell a Reggie Bush reality show spinoff. Somebody call Seacrest!

Who: Miles Austin
What: Athlete of the Week, 2010
Miles Austin was blowing up in fantasy football leagues around the nation, and Reggie Bush was a bit of a disappointment on the field, so it only seemed right for Kim to make the leap. But, at the end of the day, he wasn't that popular, so the relationship was short-lived.

Who: Shengo Deane
What: Made for TV Fling, 2010
What is a girl to do without a relationship to moan about on television? We have an idea -- let's pretend she's dating her Australian bodyguard. So, yeah, that happened. They made out on camera, both shared some heavy hand-holding, and she was maybe filmed leaving his room once or twice. (Foster's: Australian for beer. Shengo: Australian for fake boyfriend.)

Who: Gabriel Aubry
What: Potentially Perfect Baby-Maker, 2010
At the height of her enjoyable single life, Kardashian hooked up with Halle Berry's baby daddy, Aubry, who took Kim K to a Lakers game and, well, that's about it. This guy has an impressive dating resume, so it's a good look for Kim to sneak him in there. But they clearly had little in common, so it was over after a few dates.

Who: Kris Humphries
What: Current Fiancée, Future Reality Star, 2010-present
Eventually, in 2010, Kim met "the one," a 6-foot-9-inch New Jersey Nets forward who is, amazingly, also from a family where everyone spells their name with a "K." It was a whirlwind romance, and most of it was caught on camera, including the upcoming wedding, which will be a two-part, four-hour special on E! Kongratulations!
