USCIS Regional Centers

To encourage foreign investment in the U.S. economy, based on the Immigration and Nationality Act, Section203(b)(5),  the U.S. Congress created the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program. A Regional Center is involved with the promotion of economic growth, improved regional productivity, job creation, and increased domestic capital investment.

The organizers of a regional center seeking the regional center designation from USCIS must submit a proposal showing:

•    An explanation of how the regional center will achieve the required economic growth within the region
•    How, in verifiable detail (using economic models in some instances), jobs will be created directly or indirectly through capital investments made in accordance with the regional center’s business plan

USCIS will then evaluate the regional center’s business plan for financial viability and economic impact.  CAzRC has passed this evaluation with flying colors and is excited to move quickly to establish Phoenix Mart.
