USCIS has updated the count of H2B visa petitions received and counted towards the 1st half of fiscal year 2013 employment. As of December 14, 2012, USCIS has approved filings on behalf of approximately 13,774 H2B beneficiaries for the 1st half of FY 2013. H2B Cap Count
Note: Target Beneficiaries refers to the estimated number of beneficiaries needed to be included on petitions filed with USCIS to reach the H-2B cap, with an allowance for withdrawals, denials and revocations.
