where will be my POE?

I will be travelling manila to San Francisco with layover in Guam and Honolulu.
Where will be my POE? If it is in Guam, my layover is only 1 hour and 26mins at 5am.
In honolulu is about 3 and a half hours. Has anyone gone through this route?
I'm worried about the time to my connecting flight though it is only one airline all thought.
