Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, formally know as Wilford Hall Medical Center, is a United States Air Force clinic located on the grounds of San Antonio's Lackland Air Force Base named for former Air Force physician, Major General Wilford F. Hall. It is operated by the 59th Medical Wing.

Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, The Shah of Iran, was hospitalized here in 1979, shortly before his death.

On August 28, 2011, the final baby was born at Wilford Hall, as its birthing center is closing and moving to the Brooke Army Medical Center.

On September 15, 2011, Wilford Hall Medical Center was renamed Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center as part of the Base Realignment and Closure, 2005.
