Sacred Heart Medical Center RiverBend is a hospital in Springfield, Oregon,United States. It is one of two Sacred Heart facilities in the Eugene-Springfield area owned by PeaceHealth. The other facility, Sacred Heart Medical Center University District, is in Eugene. The new facility is home to a 24 hour Level II trauma center including full Medical/Surgical care. The hospital also provides full Women's and Children's Services, including Labor and Delivery, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute is located within the facility, as is the Oregon Neurosciences Institute.

The Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute grew out of the Oregon Heart Center, founded by Leonard Christie, MD. For 20 years, OHC provided an increasing array of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation services to heart patients from throughout western Oregon. Even before OHC opened in 1984 to consolidate all aspects of cardiac care, Sacred Heart Medical Center had established itself as a leader in the care of patients with heart disease. It was here that the first open heart surgery in Oregon outside of Portland was performed in 1971. Establishing the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute in 2004 better integrated care of both the heart and the circulatory system and enhanced the coordination of patient care. Physicians from four disciplines—cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons and cardiovascular surgeons—all work together for the health of the patient. The institute also adds a research partnership with the University of Oregon and an emphasis on prevention and community education.
