They carry over 1000 brand name diabetic supplies, as well as items such as sugar-free vitamins, diabetes socks and personal care products. Since 1997, their parent company, Care Services, Inc., has been serving the needs of people living with diabetes. 

 

Diabetic Care Services accepts both Medicare and private insurance with little or no out of cost expense to the customer. 

 

Diabetic Care Services is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST. Our pharmacist is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST. Customer service representatives are available 24/7.
