With each title insurance order, you will receive all the forms necessary to complete your settlement, such as notices of settlement (with transmittal letter), mortgage payoff requests, lien satisfaction requests, and many other forms you may find helpful. Sage Title will forward the title insurance commitment to lender and to seller's attorney upon your request.
