Sales Terms and Agreement, Refund Policy and Student Requirements: A student is entitled to a full tuition refund (minus a $25 administration fee) if ALL of the following conditions have been met (for Oregon see below): Special Note: Tuition refunds are usually governed by each individual state in accordance with anti-discriminatory laws as they pertain to tuition and enrollment guidelines.
 
Course Completions: Pre-License students have 2 years to complete their courses from the date of purchase. Extensions will not be granted for Pre-Licesne students. Students purchasing standard license renewal courses will have 1 year to complete thier courses.
