Got an extra $72.5 million kicking around?

If so, Céline Dion’s Jupiter Island spread can be yours, complete with water park features, five buildings, 13 bedrooms, three pools, beachfront and an all-white decor.

Oh and all the usual superstar amenities like a screening room, games room complete with video and pinball machines, a tennis court and top security.

The Quebec diva is selling her 10,000-square-foot Florida home, famously built with plenty of drama, because she and her family spend most of their time in Las Vegas, said the Montreal-based real estate broker who has a co-listing on the property.

Purchase it and your neighbours will be Olivia Newton-John, Michael Jordan and Kid Rock.

Dion’s home was completed in 2010, a mere three years ago, just aroung the time of the birth of her twins, Nelson and Eddy.

Her neighbours were none too pleased with the amount of water her two pools and lazy river were sucking up from the area’s water supply and town officials took umbrage with her water-park-themed backyard. Dion and her husband, René Angélil, had to drill six wells to appease the claims that they were ‘water hogs.’

There were also lawsuits from an architect and a handyman involved with the construction project.

The land to build the home was estimated to have cost $20 million so the inflated sales price includes the buildings, all furniture, but presumably not the family photos that adorn the walls.
