梦工厂（英语：DreamWorks SKG）是美国排名前十位的一家电影洗印、制作和发行公司，同时也是一家电视游戏兼电视节目制作公司，制作发行的电影有超过10部票房收入超过一亿美元。
创立人是由三位好莱坞重要人物大卫•葛芬、杰弗瑞•卡辛堡（Jeffrey Katzenberg）和斯蒂芬•斯皮尔伯格，他们曾雄心壮志的要把它做成好莱坞新亮点，但在2005年12月，三位创立人决定把它卖给维亚康姆，梦工厂也就归到维亚康姆的总公司派拉蒙电影公司旗下。这个交易于2006年完成，梦工厂的动画部门于2004年独立成为梦工厂动画公司，现在并不属于维亚康姆及派拉蒙电影公司，但是电影的世界发行由派拉蒙负责。

发展回顾
梦工厂的缩写“SKG”代表的是公司的三个共同创始人，S代表斯蒂芬•斯皮尔伯格（影片监制及Amblin Entertainment的创始人），K代表Katzenberg（迪士尼前任首席），而G代表大卫•葛芬（Geffen Records的创始人）。
1999至2001年，梦工厂连续三年都获得奥斯卡最佳电影奖，获奖电影是《美国丽人》、《角斗士》和《美丽心灵》（后两部与环球影业合作）。
