    The office is a high end cosmetic dental practice in midtown Manhattan. Dr. Alvarez is an expert in the use of the WaterlaseMD Dental Laser, and can provide treatment using No Shot, No Drill, No Pain (in most cases) dentistry. Dr. Alvarez lectures nationally and internationally, and trains dentists all over Latin America on the use of the Waterlase. He provides comprehensive care, where the patient comes first. Dr. Alvarez works with top specialists to provide excellent results with implant dentistry. Dr. Alvarez is a Fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute, a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a member of MENSA, and a PBA Police Surgeon for both the New York State Police and for the Amtrak Federal Railroad Police. Dr. Alvarez is also a New York State Certified Acupuncturist, having received his degree from Harvard Medical School.The office is fee for service (no assignments of benefits by insurance companies), and though we are not an insurance practice, we will do everything possible to make sure that every patient can maximize their dental benefits.
