布莱恩•辛格，生于美国新泽西，在犹太区长大，高中毕业后进入纽约市视觉艺术学校就读，后转学至南加州大学电影系。首部导演长片《公众通路》，在1993年圣丹斯影展获评审团大奖。两年后，以剧本布局巧妙的《刺激惊爆点》获东京影展青年导演竞赛的金樱花奖，自此一举成名。2002年执导科幻巨片《X战警》获商业成功，已成好莱坞大导演之一。 

    演员简介

    童年与一非犹太裔朋友组成一个“纳粹俱乐部”，但不久便被其母亲发现而被迫解散，但由此而令他对自己的犹太人身份特别在意。南加州大学电影系毕业后编导了短片《狮穴》，由其高中同学伊森霍克主演，描述一群高中好友毕业数年后重聚却发现感情已疏远的故事。
