Once customers have selected a floor plan, the next step is to choose floor plan options, interior and exterior finishes, and a personalized color package. At their Design Center, they will create the personal feeling of customer’s home. Their  on-staff interior designer will guide customer  through the selection process and will design innovative solutions to give their  home the feel and function they want.
