Stanley Martin Homes is one of the Washington, DC, area’s most recognized names in new home construction and development, with over 10,000 families living in our Virginia and Maryland communities. Stanley Martin was founded in 1966 by Martin K. Alloy, who passed the helm to his son, Steven B. Alloy, in 1998. Martin succeeded in creating a dynamic organization that combines the entrepreneurial spirit and vitality of a local business with the strengths and economies of a large, stable corporation, and continues today as Stanley Martin’s Chairman, with Steven as President.
