Desert View Homes and Aspen View Homes are privately held corporations founded and operated by Randy O'Leary. In 1990, Desert View Homes began construction of single-family homes in El Paso, Texas. Early on, the company carefully managed its operations to focus on the affordable housing needs of the community which it served. Desert View Homes prides itself in servicing the entry level and move-up homebuyer and has devoted its resources towards developing procedures and systems dedicated to customer service.
With a strong desire to provide a solid affordable product to the community, Desert View Homes has grown to become one of the region's largest volume homebuilders, with divisions recently established in southern New Mexico and Colorado. Over the past several years, the company has also accumulated numerous awards and has been acknowledged in national trade journals as one of the "most affordable" builders in the country.
It has taken more than just hard work to reach these levels of accomplishment. The leadership and management of Desert View Homes has stayed focused on their customers' needs and delivered consistent quality home after home, year after year.
Beginning with floor plans, a great deal of research, design and critique time goes into creating the highest value for new homebuyers. Professional interior designers are consulted to assure that options and upgrades keep pace with ever-changing consumer preferences while keeping the purchase price within reach.
In 2004 the company found an opportunity to offer quality homes at an affordable price to the community of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Under the name, Aspen View Homes, the company developed 13 acres of land. In its Freedom Heights community in Fountain, Colorado, Aspen View Homes honored lost Army veteran Joshua Byers. Although the communities of Aspen View Homes are regionally different, they display the same high levels of quality and value which have been evident in the Desert View communities.
The team of Desert View Homes and Aspen View Homes has become a successful and sought after regional builder.
