These include sales and marketing support, vital human resource specialists, and an advanced information technology department, which provide a network of resources utilized by NVR, Inc. holdings.
Homebuilding
NVR homebuilding operations serve over 25 metropolitan areas in more than fifteen states, including Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee.
Founded in 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to provide housing in the expanding post-war economy, Ryan Homes has constructed more than 365,000 homes. Today, Ryan Homes offers housing styles to suit a wide range of consumers needs, including single-family, townhouse or garden condominium.
NVHomes offers additional architectural details and designer elements tailored to suit the most discriminating of tastes. Established in 1980, NVHomes has earned a reputation for luxury, quality and value throughout its communities in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Ryan Homes Founded in 1948, Ryan Homes was originally established to provide affordable housing in the growing economy after World War II in and around its original headquarters in Pittsburgh.[1][1] Ryan Homes has constructed almost 300,000 homes.[1]
NVHomes Established in 1979, NVHomes operates primarily in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas.[2]
Rymarc Homes Founded in 1982, Rymarc Homes serves the Columbia, South Carolina area, and markets its homes primarily to first-time homebuyers. Rymarc Homes and its associated communities were recently incorporated into the greater Ryan Homes brand.[3]
Fox Ridge Homes Founded in 1961, Fox Ridge Homes primarily serves the first-time and first-time move-up markets in the Nashville, Tennessee area.[4]
Heartland Homes Founded in 1984, Heartland Homes serves Morgantown, West Virginia and the greater Pittsburgh region, and markets to move-up homebuyers.[5]
