Eli Jewels’ colorful history dates back to the time of The Ottoman Empire. Family records show that their Great, Great, Great Grandfather established one of the first fine metalworking shops in the ancient city of Antioch. The skills from the fine craftsmanship practiced and perfected hundreds of years ago have been passed down through six generations. Their home for many years was in the romantic city of New Orleans.

Eli Jewels was founded in 1993. After losing their factory and homes during Katrina, they moved their offices and manufacturing to Paramus, New Jersey, while Sam heads the Design Studio in New Orleans. Today brothers Fred, Simon and Sam are partners. The name Eli honors their father.

The Etruria Collection, reflects the unique heritage of the Makhlouf goldsmiths. Ancient techniques from the Etruscan and Byzantine eras are used today to create classic jewelry with a contemporary flair, in white and yellow gold with precious gemstones and diamonds. To own Etruria is to own a piece of jewelry history.

The Attia Collection of diamond fashion jewelry was named for the matriarch of the New Orleans family. It features intricate, hand-woven multicolored gold, sparkling with white and natural fancy color diamonds. This jewelry is classic yet contemporary, with a beautiful blend of simplicity and luxury designed to make every woman feel as extraordinary as the jewelry she is wearing.
