The 'Modern Family' hottie, 39, and her entrepreneur boyfriend, 36, split in early May 2012, but were photographed at a friends and family tasting at the new Bagatelle restaurant in Manhattan on June 7, 2012. Although their relationship has long been a tumultuous one, the couple did get engaged in July 2012, but recently the two reportedly got into a huge brawl on New Year's Eve in Miami -- though they appeared to have weathered the storm and are still together...for now.
