Chelsea Handler and hotelier Andre Balazs have split several times but appear to be back together as of Feb. 2013.
 
Chelsea Handler and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, hotelier Andre Balazs, seem to be most definitely on-again, sources tell Us Weekly.
 
The comedienne, 37, and Balazs, 55, have recently been spotted getting friendly at numerous L.A. hotspots since parting ways for the second time this past August, and eyewitnesses confirm to the magazine that the pair looked very much together.
 
“They were kissing a lot, (and they were) very lovey-dovey,” the source told Us of the couple’s PDA-filled lunch at Laguna Beach’s The Deck Restaurant Friday.
 
Handler and Balazs previously reunited this past February after splitting in November 2011
 
A few months into their rekindled relationship, Handler opened up to More magazine about giving their relationship a second go.
 
“We had dated for nine months, a long-distance relationship with all the stresses and traveling and running around,” she said of how they dated initially. “It wasn’t a real life; we weren’t living together.
 
“So, Andre came to me yesterday and said, ‘I think we have to try to make this work again.’ And I agreed because we’re still madly in love.”
 
That being said, however, Handler wasn’t completely convinced that marriage is in the cards for her down the line.
 
“I’ve never been proposed to, and I don’t know that that’s in my future,” she told the magazine. “I don’t know that I’m marriage material.”
 
The late-night talk show host previously dated rapper 50 Cent, and Balazs was linked to Renee Zellwegger and Naomi Campbell.
