Alfonso Cuaron, director of Hollywood blockbuster "Gravity" visited the filming location of Jiang Wen's 3D feature film "Gone with the Bullets" in a suburb of Beijing on Thursday.

Alfonso admitted that the stage setting for Jiang's latest film was amazing. Jiang recalled that upon seeing "Gravity" at the Venice Film Festival earlier this year, he was astonished by the film's use of 3D effects. Jiang firmly believed the film would be welcomed by Chinese movie-goers.

Cuaron said that before visiting Jiang's latest set, he had seen Jiang Wen's 2010 action comedy film "Gone with the Bullets," starring Chinese actor Ge You. Cuaron also noted that Ge is one of the actors he admires most in China.

This most recent meeting in Beijing marks the first time that the two directors have met since this year's Venice Film Festival. At the Venice Film Festival, "Gravity" was given its premiere screening and Jiang was named as a member of the festival's jury.
