Latino-Review are reporting that the titular Ultron may have some “bad guy” company in Joss Whedon’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’

According to the outlet, the second main villain will be Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, one of the leaders of the terrorist organization HYDRA who, according to the outlet, will include in their ranks the likes of Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). According to Latino-Review, Marvel has shown interest in Marton Csokas and Dougray Scott for the role, but it’s unknown how wide a net the studio has cast.

In the comics, Baron Von Strucker is a super villain, one of the leaders of HYDRA, and an enemy of both S.H.I.E.L.D and The Avengers. He is supposedly ageless and keeps dying yet comes back, time and time again. Strucker first appeared in 1964′s “Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos.” A former Nazi officer, Strucker’s body is host to the “Death Spore Virus,” which gives him powerful healing abilities and has stopped his aging. If he dies, however, the virus can go airborne and wipe out all life on Earth.

In addition to Latino Review’s report, Hit Fix have added some further information about Baron von Strucker’s potential involvement in the film: “In “Age Of Ultron,” Baron Von Strucker is the initial threat, the guy they’re fighting at the start of the film. He does not have a major ongoing role in the film, but he is responsible for bringing Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch into contact with the Avengers in the first place, since they start the film working either with or or the Baron. If you look at this like a James Bond movie, Von Strucker’s the bad guy they’ll take care of in the pre-credits sequence before they move into the main story. Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch have a complicated journey in this film, and the question of whether they’re good or bad is one of the big things driving the movie overall.”

A few months ago Marvel announced that James Spader will face off against Earth’s Mightiest Heroes as the villain in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’ The Emmy Award-winning actor will play Ultron in the Avengers’ much anticipated return to the big screen from writer/director Joss Whedon. The film comes to cinemas on May 1st, 2015. ‘The Avengers’ was went on to earn $1.5 billion worldwide, making it the third-largest grossing movie of all time.

While plot and cast details have been kept under wraps, the ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ cast will also include Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Mark Ruffallo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, and Chris Evans as Captain America. Expect more news shortly.
