It all comes out in the wash!

Despite remaining relatively silent during his divorce from Katie Holmes - Tom Cruise is letting his legal documents do the talking!

The actor had previously filed a 50 million dollar lawsuit against Bauer Media's Life & Style magazine for claiming he abandoned his daughterSuri Cruise, and now we're seeing what his arguments against such a claim are!

Here's what Cruise said in the docs:
"I have in no way cut Suri out of my life — whether physically, emotionally, financially or otherwise. Even during the times when I was working overseas and was not able to see Suri in person, we were (and continue to be) extremely close."

Despite shooting a lot of movies lately, Cruise has definite proof he thinks show he has totally been in his daughter's life.

The docs read:
"As my numerous emails with Suri's mother during this time period demonstrate, I was a constant presence in Suri's life. While I'm sure my daughter misses me when I am not with her (as I miss her), she is a very happy child, and we have a wonderful relationship and cheerful phone calls."

We're so glad to hear that Tom and Suri have a healthy relationship, and even though we're not sure if Tom will get the $50 million dollars he's asking for in this case - his shot at winning it increase with the proof of those emails between him and Katie.

Sounds like the opposite of abandonment to us!

The only thing that should matter is if Suri is happy with her daddy. If she's feeling okay then who's to say Tom isn't a good father?!
