Recently, however, the mortgage industry growing  warning voice, says the United States government is implementing the new rules ,which will make the entire mortgage industry caught in regulation "storm" that the buyers are more difficult to get loans.

As early as a few years ago ,the U.S. mortgage finance association has called on congress to pass a long-stalled plan as soon as possible, which aims to strengthen the two big mortgage agencies, fannie mae and Freddie mac . Chairman of the U.S. mortgage financial association ,John Robbins, reiterated his view for this proposal. He called on congress to pass a bill as soon as possible, thus creating a new agency to regulate these two big mortgage agencies. Congress had previously focused on this legislation, to strengthen the supervision of the two big mortgage agencies, but the relevant legislation in relation to two institutions got bogged down on huge portfolio of regulatory provisions.
