She is no longer married to Paul Hospenthal, after a judge stamped the papers last week in Arizona, ending officially the marriage that began in 2005.

The 31-year-old NASCAR star, Go Daddy pitchwoman and certified babe first announced her breakup from Hospenthal back in November of last year.

They have no children, but do have a prenup in place.

She's already moved on romantically. In recent months, Danica Patrick has been open about dating Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., one of her racing competitors.
