They first made their romance public while attending James Franco's Comedy Central Roast together in August.

But things are reportedly all over between Jennie Garth and San Francisco CEO Michael Shimbo, who were last seen together this weekend in Texas.

According to an E! News source, the twice-divorced 41-year-old abruptly called it quits with the media exec while in Austin for Formula One's US Grand Prix.

Shimbo, the owner of PlanesTrains+Automobiles, caught an early flight home after the couple got into an argument.

'Michael doesn't live in LA, so it was difficult to maintain a long-distance relationship,' an insider told Us Weekly.

Jennie has since ominously deactivated her Instagram account and remained silent on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Shimbo tweeted the following Henry Miller quote on Monday: 'One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.'

This marks the end of the 90210 star's first real relationship since finalising her divorce from her husband of 11 years, Peter Facinelli, in June.

Garth and the Twilight stud share custody of their three daughters - Luca, 16, Lola, 11, and Fiona, 7.

Before Shimbo, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant dated Big Gigantic drummer Jeremy Salken and photographer Noah Abrams.

Last month, Jennie revealed to Bethenny Frankel that dating as a single mother was 'super challenging.'

'You have to go through a lot, find your way and you have to stumble,' she said on the Fox daytime talk show.
'I think that’s the only way you learn how to do it is by making mistakes.'

As for her future dream man, the blonde beauty looks for someone who shares her 'energy.'

The Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country star said: 'It doesn’t matter what the person looks like or what they really do. There has to be that first and foremost, that zing.'

Garth will next appear in the Christmas-themed ABC Family movie Holidaze - airing December 8 - with Cameron Mathison and Mary Kay Place.

And she just reunited with her 90210 co-star Tori Spelling to shoot a sitcom pilot called Mystery Girls for the same network.

'[The show] was just the perfect vehicle for me and Jennie. I just thought it would be a great thing for us to do together," the mother-of-three told Us.

'We're starring in it together and we're both producing it and it'll be a lot of fun!'

Perhaps the former Peach Pit ladies will also enlist Luke Perry, whom Jennie has described as 'one of her best friends.'
