She was allegedly physically abused by her former boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos just days after undergoing cancer surgery in October.

And now Camille Grammer’s lawyer Larry Stein has filed legal documents claiming that Charalambopoulos has been avoiding him as he tries to serve him with a restraining order, according to TMZ.

Dimitri, who is reportedly planning to tell his side of the story in an explosive new interview, has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Camille at all times but both Stein and  a private investigator he hired have been unable to track him down.

Stein wants the Greek lawyer to acknowledge that he understands the terms of the restraining order.

Camille, 45, filed a declaration to a judge late last month accusing the 36-year-old lawyer of attacking her for up to an hour in a brutal assault.

The incident, which Dimitri denies, allegedly happened at the luxury ZaZa hotel in Houston Texas, two days after the reality star underwent surgery for endometrial cancer.

Camille said she was left with bruising on her wrists, a large contusion on the side of her head and scrapes and abrasions to her face and arms after the alleged attack.

Camille, recently opened up about the attack, calling it 'very traumatising.'

'It was just terrible,' the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Dr Oz. ‘I was physically abused and assaulted by this person and it was very traumatising.

'Right after any kind of procedure, you want to be surrounded by love and you need good healing vibes and positive energy around you and then you - somebody's there to take care of you and love you,' she said, referring to her former boyfriend.

RadarOnline previously reported that Dmitri appeared to have gone into hiding, with a source saying,‘Camille has had multiple process servers attempting to serve Dimitri in Texas, where he lives. Dimitri has been dodging service, and appears to be in hiding.

'Multiple attempts to serve Dimitri at his home, at his office, and other places he frequents have been unsuccessful.

'If Dimitri doesn’t have anything to hide, why is he avoiding service? If Camille is unable to serve him by the hearing date on November 19, the TRO expires, and she would have to apply for a new one all over again,' said the source.

The reality star also opened up to Dr Oz about her radical hysterectomy during the interview.

'I have to say once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around. I was able to go trick-or-treating with my kids and my life is moving forward and I'm feeling very well,’ she said.

But receiving the diagnosis wasn't easy.

'My heart sank. You know, you think about your children, am I gonna make it, I want to be alive for them. My kids - my ex-husband [Kelsey Grammer] hasn't seen the kids since July so I'm mom. I'm there.

'So I really needed to be here for them. My son doesn't really understand it that well, but my daughter said, "Mom, I'm so glad you're getting surgery 'cause then the cancer's gonna be all gone,"' she added.

Camille underwent the surgery because she reportedly had a greater risk of contracting cancer due to genetic issues.

'The surgery went well and she is expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period,' her representative, Howard Bragman, told People magazine.

Camille was famously married to actor Kelsey Grammer from 1997 until 2010,while their divorce was finalised in early 2011.

The couple welcomed two children - daughter Mason and son Jude - via surrogate, both of whom she has retained primary physical custody of.
