He just dropped $3.2 million on a new pad in the Hollywood Hills and now it seems Nick Jonas has more time to focus on the next chapter - his love life.

Nick and his girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, the 2012 Miss Universe, looked like a perfect match as they arrived hand-in-hand to catch the movie Hunger Games: Catching Fire at ArcLight cinemas in Hollywood, California on Monday night.

The 21-year-old star looked cool in a brown leather jacket over a grey graphic tee and grey jeans, while the beauty queen, also 21, looked urban chic in a black leather jacket over a black blouse, red skinny jeans and a pair of leather boots.

The two went public with the relationship in early September at a tennis match at the US Open.

Later that month, Olivia, who is from Cranston, Rhode Island, helped Nick celebrate his 21st birthday in Las Vegas.

The love birds met when Nick co-hosted The Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas with Giuliana Rancic, which aired on June 16.

With his new home and girlfriend in toe, it seems Nick has moved on rather well after his boy band the Jonas Brothers broke up in October.

'It's over for now,' Kevin Jonas confirmed to People magazine last month with brother Joe confirming 'It was a unanimous decision.'

Nick concluded: 'It's really hard to say "forever." We're closing a chapter, for sure.'

Trouble arose during a business meeting on October 3 when Nick revealed his serious concerns about the band's future.

'I was feeling kind of trapped,' Nick said. 'I needed to share my heart with my brothers.'

The band's spokesman, Jesse Derris, told People magazine the reason for the tour cancellation in a candid statement: 'There is a deep rift within the band.' He continued: 'There was a big a disagreement over their music direction.'

The announcement of the break-up came after the brothers cancelled a tour only two days before they were set to perform. It marks the end of an eight-year era for the boys - Nick, Kevin and Joe - who formed the band in 2005.

Joe also dismissed reports that he had a drug problem saying: 'It's obviously not true. I've never touched heroin in my life.'
But the end of the Jonas Brothers has marked a beginning for Nick's new acting career.

He stars in the new film Careful What You Wish For, which is set for release next year.

The movie also stars Dermot Mulroney and tells the story of Nick’s character Doug Martin, who gets more than he anticipated after engaging in an affair with the wife of an investment banker.
