My father has had DUI's in the last couple of years and been having court dates and trouble with immigration. Immigration told my father that they were coming for him today but he moved out two weeks ago. My mother and I are not legal also. Can immigration arrest us also since we're not legal?
To answer your question yes immigration can arrest you since you are here illegally but it is unlikely they will do so since you have no criminal convictions. You are not high on their list of people they want to take into custody so it is unlikely they will be interested in taking you into custody but I cannot give you any guarantees.
