After the interview, I was found ineligible for a visa. If I am permitted to file a waiver application for my ineligibility, what should I do?
If you have been found ineligible for a visa, the consular section cannot issue you a visa. Please note that after June 4, 2012, applicants will no longer be able to submit their waivers to the Consulate.
