Chinese Exclusion Act
Chinese Exclusion Act (Chinese Exclusion Act) prohibits Chinese immigrants to enter the Chinese may not naturalized American.
This law was passed, the Chinese immigrants the United States almost aborted, the contents of the Act as follows:

(1)  Stop laborers immigrants 10 years.

(2)  are not allowed to become naturalized U.S. citizen of Chinese territory, the Chinese back to China to visit relatives once, you can not return to the United States.

(3)  1880 years 11 months 17 days ago and received both residency U.S. Customs documents of laborers, temporarily allowed re-entry after leaving the United States.

(4)  documents held by the Chinese government in English, indicating that according to the contract the right to enter the United States of Chinese (non-laborers), shall be permitted to enter the United States.

(5)  of the Chinese illegal immigrants, after the passage of this Act, shall be deported.

(6)  the state or federal courts may not allow Chinese naturalized as a U.S. citizen.

(7)  prohibit entry laborers and their dependents.

Chinese Exclusion Act in 1943 was annulled by the Mai Nuosen Act ( Magnuson Act ) replaced.
