The Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital staff is an experienced multidisciplinary team that develops the most appropriate treatment setting to create a supportive environment for the patient and family.

We provide low patient to nursing/therapy ratios in order to focus on patient/family education. We also provide indoor aquatic pool therapy, a transitional living apartment, a state of the art gym, and easy access to parking.

Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is owned in part by physician investors.
