About Weis Markets
Harry and Sigmund Weis founded Weis Markets in 1912, when they opened a small neighborhood store known as Weis Pure Foods on Market Street in Sunbury, Pennsylvania.

Today, Harry’s son, Robert, and his grandson, Jonathan, oversee a company with stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey and West Virginia. Overall, Weis Markets employ more than 18,000 associates instores, distribution center, corporate office and manufacturing facilities.
Built on self-reliance, Weis Markets process their own milk and use the excess butterfat to make Weis Quality Ice Cream – 50 flavors and growing! Weis Markets are also proud to support local farmers. In Pennsylvania alone, Weis Markets annually buy more than 20 million pounds of locally grown produce and also purchase local produce in all of the states where we have stores.

Weis Marketsand associates are committed to being good neighbors. Each year, Weis Markets support local food banks and food pantries through our Fight Hunger program which generates hundreds of thousands of meals for people in need. Weis Markets also donate to community-based health care organizations, focusing on charitable and clinic programs benefiting women’s health care, mammography screening and pediatric programs.

Let Weis Pharmacy provide you with a preventative immunization for Flu. Flu shots are available at all Weis locations. Shots are available at pre-scheduled clinics as well as on a walk-up basis at most pharmacy locations while supplies last.

Adult Immunization Services
Let Weis Pharmacy provide you with preventative immunizations to help keep you in the best of health.Stay in the best of health with a wide range of vaccination services from your Weis pharmacist. Many Weis pharmacists are certified by the American Pharmacists Association and authorized by the State Board of Pharmacy to administer vaccines. These services are available for those 18 or older and are covered by many prescription Insurance programs, including Medicare part B and D.

Free Children’s Vitamins
Weis Pharmacies offer FREE multivitamins with fluoride for children up to seven years of age.
