Benedicktus and Associates was established in July of 1995 by Ray L. Benedicktus Jr., Certified Residential Appraiser. Our principal place of business is the Hawaiian Islands.

We are certified to do FHA, Hawaiian Homelands, Leasehold, Commercial property for non lending services and Small Residential Income Properties; 4 units and under. We cover all of the Hawaiian Islands, and our turn-around time is 3-5 business days from the date of inspection. Related services include Construction Cost Estimates and Business Valuation.

We proudly support United Way, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Special Olympics, Hawaii, Hawaii United Charities and Mother Earth Foundation.
