Joseph Sibcy founded the Sibcy Company in 1930, beginning the tradition of providing outstanding real estate service to the community. Starting with one office and 15 sales associates, the company flourished and grew under Rob's leadership and charisma. In 1980, he acquired the Robert A. Cline Company, and Sibcy Cline, Inc. was "born" with 250 agents.

He and his wife, Pamela, have remained at the helm of the company providing the leadership and dedication to offer the finest real estate services and a commitment to stay on top of market trends.
