In 1984 Edward Prodehl purchased Robert J. Honig and Associates, which consisted of two offices and 20 Realtors producing approximately $20 million in residential sales. The new Honig-Realty quickly grew to the number one real estate firm in Will County with seven offices and over 200 associates. In February of 1997, Coldwell Banker Bell joined our business and Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell was created. With 14 offices and over 400 associates and became the number one selling firm in the county.

Today, we are proud to say that Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell consists of 36 residential real estate offices, 2 commercial offices, and nearly 1,000 professionally trained Realtors who were involved in over $1.5 billion in residential home sales in 2012.
