“When it comes to being gentle, start with yourself. Don’t get upset with your imperfections. Being disappointed by failure is understandable, but it shouldn’t turn into bitterness or spite directed at yourself.” -St. Frances de Sales

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are committed to compassionate, personalized and accessible representation. Legal expertise is a given; what makes the difference is treating every client with care and respect.

FINANCIAL RESTORATION
Our goal is to restore hope in our clients. Hope comes from knowing there is a path out of hardship. Once our clients realize that they can have a fresh start, their mood changes from despair to hope. For many, bankruptcy equals failure and ending, but we see it as the beginning of financial restoration.

Debt forgiveness is essential in our modern economy because everyone is vulnerable to job loss, health issues, and divorce. And debt forgiveness also goes back thousands of years, from the rise of money and credit. Our bankruptcy laws allow people who have had financial misfortune to start again. This is a good thing.
