She also clerked with the Office of the U.S. Trustee in San Diego. With a masters degree in business administration as well as a law degree, she can help you evaluate the financial as well as the legal consequences of your decisions.

Our Practice
We offer a broad range of legal services to clients throughout Santa Barbara County, including:
•Family law - We work with individuals at any stage of a divorce, from the decision to file through post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement of divorce orders. We handle all matters related to divorce or dissolution, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support (alimony) and property settlements.

•Personal bankruptcy — We focus our bankruptcy practice on the needs of individuals, handling Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions. We also assist small businesses seeking to liquidate under Chapter 7. We will prepare and file all required documentation to complete the process and will be your advocate with creditors, the Court and the bankruptcy trustee.

•Real estate — We provide counsel to individuals and businesses in landlord-tenant matters, focusing primarily on the needs of commercial landlords. We also handle commercial and residential real estate transactions.

•Estate planning — We will help you evaluate the different estate planning strategies and select the approach that works best for you. We will prepare and execute all the documents required to put your estate plan in place. We also counsel executors, administrators and trustees on probate and trust administration.
